Protect NATURE - PACK OUT - LEAVE NO TRACE.

LEAVE NO TRACE if you haven’t heard this phrase or don’t understand it, it basically means, PACK OUT what you bring in. Apple cores, banana, orange peels and avocado peels, pistachio and peanut shells... etc These are not biodegradable and its litter. With the nasty flu bug going around taking so many folks down with it there are nourishing ways that we can build our immunse system during cold and flu season. Ways that support the immunity and strengthen it. During the winter season I take shots of Fire Cider and other herbal allies. SPICY NETTLE OXYMEL Recipe

I decanted a bunch of Spicy Nettle Oxymel that I made using Nettle that I harvested from my friends wild garden. I love making oxymels. It’s an inexpensive way to make herbal medicine and TASTY! You can add the oxymel to salads as a dressing and other dishes. I chose to work with Nettle - Urtica dioica because it’s one of my allies for allergies and my lungs.
