About Fire Cider:

Fire cider is a traditional immune-supporting remedy that is easy to make incorporating zesty and spicy ingredients that we already have in our spice cabinets and vegetable bins like garlic, thyme, onions, black pepper, jalapeños, honey, turmeric, ginger, apple cider vinegar and more. Using plants, herbs and vegetables to create a powerful immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral tonic is an ally to have during cold and flu season. By taking a shot a day during the winter months you may help keep a cold or flu away.
