This class delves into herbal preparations of the aerial parts of pine, including tinctures, glycerites, acetums, and oxymels, along with general tips on alcohol intermediates and working with resins.
We will explore the sweet culinary and medicinal world of Pine Syrup and ways to incorporate pine into your food. Christina will be sharing her gluten free Piñon Cake and surprise you with the ingredients!
